The mylife Cloud will be phased out 31st December 2026. To ensure you continue benefiting from optimal support and connectivity, wre guiding you towards the use of Glookos therapy management platform. Glooko provides, an intelligent connected care platform that allow people with diabetes and their healthcare providers to review, analyze, and evaluate data from many different types of diabetes devices, including blood glucose meters (BGM), continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, insulin pumps, smart pens, and fitness apps.

No. Your data can be exported from mylife Cloud before the phase-out. We recommend getting familiar with Glooko and start datasharing from CamAPS FX to Glooko.

No. If you are already using Glooko to share your therapy data, nothing will change. The same applies to healthcare professionals already using Glooko to review patient data.
If your healthcare provider has already invited you to Glooko, log in at glooko.com or download the Glooko Mobile App. If you haven't received an invitation yet, speak to your healthcare provider — they will set up your account and connect you to your care team. Once connected, your CGM and pump data will automatically sync so you can start seeing your full health picture right away.
If you are already sharing therapy data (such as CamAPS FX data) to Glooko, no action is required. Your data sharing and your care team's access to your data will continue without interruption.
